Week Summary Good mileage, decent race but my knee is hurting after the long run probably because I haven't been stretching or doing my knee exercises lately. By the way, my time listed on the Wheaton College Invite website is wrong. Three people timed me in 15:05 (including myself). I don't know how they came up with 15:08. Total: 92

Week Summary I've got a PT appointment monday (4/9) to help clear up this hip problem. It seems to be a muscle strain- nothing serious. I'm hoping to run more miles next week. Total: 55
